About me and my practice
I love being a therapist because I see life as an adventure with many twists and turns.
You may be experiencing unfamiliar emotions because of the ongoing crisis you face, and I can assist you in dealing with these emotions.
I have worked as a therapist and supervisor for the past eighteen years. I work holistically to ensure my clients are central to the therapeutic work.
I work in a non-clinical setting that enables clients always to feel comfortable.
I enjoy helping my clients find the answers required to reach a place of healing through the therapeutic process.
I have been working with adults and teenagers from eleven years old for eighteen years, and I have experience working with adults
and children with a variety of needs, from anxiety, panic attacks, stress, bullying, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, low self-esteem,
historical abuse, dissociating, relationship difficulties, loss and trauma. However, this is not an exhaustive list.
I have also worked within the teaching profession with senior managers and teaching staff which made me acutely aware of the
stress and strains this work environment can cause. It has been a privilege to support them, but I want to continue doing this work
a little differently to have more space to ultimately have a more balanced life.
I am passionate also about working with the dyslexic community to help them find life-altering freedom through the therapeutic
Process, so they can explore the untapped creative voice within themselves.
It will be a very significant step ever taken to start the counselling process and it would be worth it.

I have over 20 years of experience and my aim is that the overall aim of counselling is to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a way you find more satisfying.
